Retailer Experience

The format of this exclusive, invite-only event is unique, executed with excellence, and provides access to strategic-level business dialogue. Each qualified retailer participates in developing their own personalized agenda for the event, making it a truly tailored experience.

Boardroom Presentations

Executives are pre-assigned to a small group of peers (7-9 executives) who have expressed interest in similar products / solutions. Suppliers present their latest innovations to this group in concise 20-minute presentations. A group leader is assigned to each group to ensure the boardroom presentations stay on schedule—it is extremely efficient.

Boardroom sessions are the event’s foundation and provide a unique opportunity to preview and vet a significant number of suppliers in a concise and efficient way.

One-on-One Sessions

The one-on-one appointments provide a private environment to discuss your interests / specific needs with suppliers of your choice. These appointments are 15 minutes in length and provide just enough time to determine next steps, if you find the need.

To take dialogue to the next level with suppliers you may have seen during the boardrooms, or any of the suppliers participating in the event.

These appointments present an efficient way to discuss your needs with potential supplier partners.

Keynote and Content Sessions

The keynotes and content sessions feature leading speakers offering actionable and inspiring insight on trends, opportunities, skills, best practices, and personal growth.

Networking

The agenda includes interactive social events to build relationships in a fun and casual environment. We develop the events within the agenda to optimize social interaction, which includes:

  • A welcome reception
  • Optional Sunday activities
  • Multiple networking breakfasts and luncheons
  • Three nights of catered dinners and evening entertainment
  • Closing cocktail reception
